Objet's family of 3-Dimensional Printing Systems brings high-resolution rapid prototyping into the hands of designers or engineers and into any office environment. Based on Objet's patented PolyJet™ and PolyJet Matrix™ –technology, Objet's systems work with Objet FullCure® and Objet software to provide a complete 3-Dimensional Printing solution for virtually any rapid prototyping application.
PolyJet Process - Objet's patented PolyJet™ inkjet technology works by jetting state of the art photopolymer materials in ultra-thin layers (16µ) onto a build tray layer by layer until the part is completed. The intuitive Objet studio™ software manages the process.
Each photopolymer layer is cured by UV light immediately after it is jetted, producing fully cured models that can be handled and used immediately, without post-curing. The gel-like support material, which is specially designed to support complicated geometries, is easily removed by hand and water jetting. |
PolyJet Advantages
- High quality: Market-leading resolution of 16µ ensures smooth, accurate and highly detailed parts and models.
- Highly accurate: Precise jetting and build material properties enables fine details and thin walls (600µ or less depending on geometry and materials)
- Clean: Suitable for an office environment, with non-touch resin loading/unloading, easy support removal, and easy replacement of jetting heads |
- Fast: Rapid process, due to high-speed raster build at full width, simultaneous building of multiple items, and no post-curing |
- Versatile: The wide variety of FullCure materials enables parts with different geometries, mechanical properties, and colors; use of the same Support material for all model types makes switching materials easy and fast. |

Materials
Objet's FullCure® family of proprietary acrylic-based photopolymer materials enables Objet users to create highly accurate, finely detailed 3-dimensional models and parts for a wide range of Rapid Prototyping applications.
Delivered in fully sealed 2kg or 3.6kg cartridges, FullCure Model materials and Support materials are environmentally safe, requiring no skin contact. Loading and unloading is similar to the process of installing and removing inkjet cartridges from a paper printer.
| The wide variety of resins within the FullCure family, including transparent, colored, opaque, flexible and rigid properties, enables models that meet a wide range of fit, form, function and "feel" requirements. FullCure Support material, used in combination with any FullCure Model material enables models with an unlimited array of complex geometries, including overhangs and undercuts.
| FullCure materials are based on Objet's PolyJet™ technology, which produces fully cured models that can be handled immediately after being built. This is a unique advantage over other RP technologies and materials, which all require lengthy post processing.

Connex500™ - The First Multi-Material 3-D Printing System - The Connex500™ is the first 3-D printing system that jets multiple model materials simultaneously. It offers the completely unique ability to print parts and assemblies made of multiple model materials, with different mechanical or physical properties, all in a single build.
| Based on Objet's breakthrough PolyJet Matrix Technology, the Connex500™ simultaneously prints two FullCure model materials and creates 21 types of Digital Materials™.
It can also print a single material from any of the original seven FullCure model materials. Connex500 can also fabricate Digital Materials™ on the fly, enabling users to create composite materials that have preset combinations of mechanical properties.
